Grand River Physical Therapy Specialists, P.C. was founded in
October, 2000, by partners Gail Braun, P.T. and Karen Carlson,

therapy clinic. Our therapists provide a broad spectrum of
physical therapy services designed to restore movement and
function, improve strength, reduce pain and maximize
independence of their clients in their homes, their workplaces,
and in the community.

We participate with most insurance companies including Medicare, all Medicare Advantage programs, Blue Cross Blue
Shield, Blue Care Network, Priority Health, PHP, Cofinity, and all Auto and Workman Compensation Companies. We
try to be pro-active in educating you about your insurance responsibilities. Prior to treatment, your insurance
is verified and we provide you with your current deductible amounts, co-insurance and co-payment liabilities, and out
of pocket maximums. We also obtain prior authorization for auto and work comp claims.

Our Facility
The 7,000 square foot facility houses a wide range of therapeutic and fitness equipment, including cardiovascular and strengthening machines, and balance and coordination stations. Nine individual treatment rooms allow therapists to provide care in a private and comfortable atmosphere.
