The Faithfully Fit program is designed for patients to continue with their exercises independently after being discharged from physical therapy. Participants can pay a monthly fee of $35/month and come into our facility and utilize our aerobic and strengthening equipment.
To be eligible for this program, the participant must have been a patient at Grand River Physical Therapy Specialists, P.C. within the past year and be able to utilize our fitness equipment with minimal supervision. Participants must also have a signed release from his/her physician (can be downloaded below).
Our Faithfully Fit Program is offered Monday - Friday at 8am and closing at 5pm. We take our lunch from 12:30pm to 1:30pm and close down the gym during that time period.
Faithfully Fit is designed to be a self-directed program, however, if you have questions about equipment set-up or usage, feel free to ask a staff member who will assist you as soon as they are available to do so.
